Pond Inlet Library

Thereby hangs a tale

As a librarian, I'm always on the lookout for a good book–and a good library. In the summer of 2005, I traveled above the Arctic Circle to the small town of Pond Inlet, Nunavut, Canada. And I found a very nice library. This short photo essay describes the library and the surrounding community. It was published (in print only) in the inaugural Expat issue of Thereby Hangs a Tale. This journal is now, sadly, out of print.
